International Poverty Forum ("IPF," "we," "us," or "our") is a program of Caring For Others, Inc. ("CFO"). We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through internationalpovertyforum.org (the "Site"), how we use that information, and the choices available to you.

Information you provide directly. When you donate, sign up for our mailing list, register for an event, attend a forum, or contact us, you may provide information such as your name, email address, postal address, phone number, organization, and payment details. Donation payment information is processed by our third-party payment processor and is not stored on our servers.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we automatically collect certain technical information when you visit the Site, including IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps. We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site and analyze usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
• process donations and issue receipts;
• communicate with supporters, donors, and forum participants about IPF programs, events, and global anti-poverty initiatives;
• administer forums, events, and partnerships;

We do not sell donor or supporter information. We share information only with:
• service providers acting on our behalf (e.g., payment processors, email service providers, hosting providers, analytics providers), who are obligated to protect the information and use it only to perform services for us;
• Caring For Others, our parent organization, where appropriate for the joint administration of programs, donor stewardship, and shared operations;
• partner organizations and coalition members where appropriate for the operation of forums, programs, and shared initiatives;
• legal and regulatory authorities where required by law; and
• successors in interest in the event of a merger, acquisition, or transfer of assets.
Your Choices
Email preferences. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us at the address below. We may still send transactional or administrative communications (e.g., donation receipts).
Cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser. Some Site features may not function correctly without cookies.
Access, correction, and deletion. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by contacting us at the address below. Some retention may be required for legal, tax, or audit purposes.
State-Specific Rights
Residents of certain U.S. states have additional rights under state privacy laws, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to opt out of certain disclosures. The Site is operated in the United States. IPF brings together leaders from across the globe; if you access the Site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States, which may have data protection rules that differ from those of your jurisdiction.
